Shipping. Cute Buttons Gift and Paper Boutique ships orders typically within 1 - 3 business days via UPS or USPS. Your credit card will be billed at the time of checkout when placing your order. We ship most orders to arrive 5-7 business days from the receipt of order unless you request an earlier shipping method. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to addresses outside the United States or to post office boxes.
Return to Sender Policy. Cute Buttons Gift and Paper Boutique ships all orders via UPS or USPS. If a package is returned to us for any reason, we will make an attempt to contact you via email. Once you respond, your package will be shipped back to you at your specific direction and shipping will be billed to you again. If it is still within the 30 day return period, you may choose to have your purchase(s) refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If we do not receive a response from you, it is our boutique's policy to restock the items. Please note that unclaimed packages will not be refunded once restocked.
Credit Cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Sales Tax. Sales Tax and local taxes on merchandise will be applied to North Carolina residents. 6.75%)
Returns & Exchanges. We strive to make our customers happy with their purchases. But if you are not, we do accept returns or exchanges on FULL-PRICED merchandise by mail with the original receipt within 30 days of placing your order for a full refund. Returns or exchanges on SALE merchandise will not be accepted, so we ask that you please shop carefully!
Returns. All sale purchases are final sales. Regular sales must include a tag, original packaging, free of stains, pet hair, and in sellable condition. To receive a full refund on your item, they must be returned to Cute Buttons Gift and Paper Boutique within 30 days of placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions. to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). That number should be imprinted on the front of the package underneath the return address to ensure acceptance. The card used for your original order will be credited within 2 weeks for the order total minus shipping expenses, if any.
