If we order an item from the online store, when should we expect it to ship?

Cute Buttons Gift and Paper Boutique ships orders typically within 5 business days unless you request an expedited shipping method which you can by calling us at 919.462.9618. Your credit card will be billed at the time of checkout when placing your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to addresses outside the United States or to post office boxes.

If I see an item on your facebook page, instragram or blog, can I place an order over the telephone?

Absolutely. Please call us! We will ship your order to you, or you are more than welcome to come pick your order up in our boutique. See below for shipping rates.

What happens if the item I ordered is not in stock?

We do our best to keep popular items in stock, but from time to time certain items are on backorder or out of stock. In the event of a possible shipping delay, we will inform you via email. After you have been notified, you do have the option of canceling your order prior to shipping.

What types of credit cards do you take?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If want to use a money order or cashier’s check, please call the store to place your order.

Will I have to pay sales tax?

Sales Tax and local taxes on merchandise will be applied to orders shipped to North Carolina residents. NC sales tax rate is 6.75%.

What if I want to return my item?

We strive to make our customers happy with their purchases. But if you are not, we do happily accept returns on FULL-PRICED merchandise with the original receipt and original packaging and/or tags attached within 30 days from your date of purchase for store credit which can be used online or in our boutique ONLY.

Before sending the product back, please email hello@shopcutebuttons.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from us. That number should be imprinted on the front of the package underneath the return address to ensure acceptance.

We ask that you send the item back to us for your store credit. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. We will not accept any items worn, altered, torn, or damaged. Returns on SALE merchandise, monogrammed items and personalized items will not be accepted, so we ask that you please shop carefully! If you have received a damaged item, please notify the store as soon as possible. Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your store credit.

Cute Buttons is not responsible for lost packages or packages that got damaged en route back to us. Send returns to:

What are your shipping rates?

We charge a flat rate of $8.00. Expedited shipping is available. Please call our store for details.

We ship via USPS, FedEx and UPS.

How can I sell my product in your shop?

If you would like to submit your goods for consideration, please send and email with photos, links and wholesale information to hello@shopcutebuttons.com.

Due to a high volume of emails we will only be able to reply to emails with items we are

Privacy Policy.

We will never share, sell or rent individual personal information with anyone for their promotional use without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information, and to contracted services for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.

We ask for your email address in case we need to communicate with you about your order. We also may use your email address to send you notification about store events, specials and products.
